VineHaven was designed & developed in 1997 by Ted & Cheri Whitnah.  Upon completion of phase five, there is a total of 138 residents.  Our neighborhood is very family-friendly.  We have a social committee that plans social events every year including a Fourth of July parade, and two annual garage sales.  There is an elected board that meets every month to oversee the collection of the annual HOA dues and all the yearly maintenance expenses and projects.
